Tackling our interior design residential project, which is currently under construction, was a journey that tested every aspect of our creativity and expertise. From the moment we stepped into the space, we knew we had to start from scratch. The as-built walls were poorly executed, with bad partition construction that made the initial layout nearly unusable.
We dove into redesigning the entire interior architecture, rethinking each wall partition to create a more harmonious flow. The walls seemed to embrace the furniture, as everything was recessed and built-in—closets, cabinets, a library, kitchen units, side units, and mirrors—all meticulously integrated into the structure.
In the heart of the villa’s residence area stands a magnificent chimney, elegantly commanding the space like a regal queen. This centerpiece is more than just a functional element; it is an artistic statement that harmonizes with the surrounding architecture, also connected to a real tree bases, embedded in the ceiling, creating a visual continuity that draws the eye upward. This design choice evokes the sensation that light is emanating from the chimney itself, creating an extraordinary ambiance.
Simultaneously, we oversaw the installation of essential systems: electrical, plumbing, lighting, HVAC, a sound system, and fire detectors. The ceiling design, a blend of wood and gypsum, added an elegant touch to the space. We further elevated the kitchen with a stunning island and a classy bar with chairs, both becoming focal points of the design.
The bathroom, finished in elegant marble, exuded luxury, while all the woodwork—crafted in MDF with glossy paint and veneer—brought a refined finish to every room. This project was more than just a renovation; it was a complete transformation, bringing beauty and functionality to a challenging space.
